World LP Gas

The World LP Gas Association - the authoritative global voice for Liquid Petroleum (LP) Gas - is one of Cool Earth's leading partners and is already helping to protect over one hundred acres of endangered tropical forest.

Its carbon responsibility programme is helping to ensure the emissions generated by the 21st World LP Gas Forum taking place from 24-26 September 2008 are covered 10x by its protection of rainforest.

The World LP Gas Association's commitment to rainforest protection is already making a huge difference to the lives of local communities and security of the trees in the Cutivireni Project in Peru where Cool Earth is working alongside the Ashaninka people and Ecotribal.

We're proud to be working with Cool Earth in keeping carbon where it belongs. We hope the partnership continues to grow from strength to strength.
