Cool Earth Action - Keeping carbon where it belongs

Alamy

Alamy - the web's largest stock photo site - is one of Cool Earth's leading partners and is already helping to protect over one hundred acres of endangered tropical forest.

Its support of Cool Earth is helping to supercharge its carbon responsibility as part of its policy of reducing greenhouse gas emissions from air travel and electricity use.

Alamy's commitment to rainforest protection is already making a huge difference to the lives of local communities and the security of the trees in the Cutivireni Project in Peru. The project sits on the edge of the arc of deforestation where northward clearance of mature rainforest is destroying a critical carbon store and ecosystem resource.

We're proud to be working with Cool Earth in keeping carbon where it belongs. We hope the partnership continues to grow from strength to strength.
