Vivienne Westwood's Cool Earth collection
Eco campaigner and fashion designer Vivienne Westwood has launched a new range of limited edition tablecloths to raise money for Cool Earth.
The sale of each tablecloth will save nearly 17 acres of endangered Peruvian rainforest. The hand signed items cost £1,000 each and are adorned with bright and bold designs, some from the past and some new.
100% of the profits from the sale of the tablecloths will be donated to Cool Earth.
Vivienne Westwood describes the charity as being very close to her heart; "The great thing about Cool Earth is that its activities are focused on the main problem, deforestation. The money they spend has maximum effect, working alongside indigenous people, putting mechanisms in place to save the rainforest."
