James Lovelock backs Cool Earth

06/03/2008

One of the world's most renowned scientists and environmentalists, James Lovelock, has given his backing to Cool Earth.

In an interview with the Guardian, the life long inventor and originator of the Gaia hypothesis explains his opposition to carbon offsetting and says that people are far better off giving to Cool Earth, which directly helps local indigenous people and prevents them from cutting down their forests.
