'Diverse' rainforests make Cambodia an ideal destination
Those interested in rainforest protection who wish to take a trip to such an area to witness the diversity of life for themselves could head to the jungles of Cambodia.

An article on MediaGlobal described the country's rainforests as diverse but noted that due to the nation not being as developed as other places, it can often be overlooked as an interesting place to visit for a break.
In Cambodia, there is the Koh Kong Conservation Area which the source pointed out is the second biggest virgin rainforest in the south-east region of Asia and offers "amazing wildlife viewing opportunities".
In the conservation park, there is also the chance to see the "famous" mangrove forest at the Peam Krasaop Wildlife Sanctuary.
According to figures on Monga Bay, Cambodia has "one of the worst" records when it comes to deforestation, with the cover of primary rainforest falling from 70 per cent in 1970 to just over three per cent today.
