Every day from Friday 24^th April to Saturday 23^rd May we will be picking a winner at random, from people who join the Cool Earth cause that day to win an acre of rainforest worth £60 / $100.

T's and C's

• The Cool Earth Rainforest competition (the "Competition") is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
• The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of Tropicana Ltd. or Cool Earth.
• Entries must be received by not later than midnight on Saturday 23^rd May.
• Entry into The Competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
• Prize consists of winning an acre of rainforest worth £60 / $100 sponsored in your name, or a name that you supply to us at the time of notification of your win.
• The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available
• This offer is not combinable with any other offer
• No responsibility is taken for entries, which are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the Entry is not proof of receipt
• The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Cool Earth accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
• Cool Earth retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped address envelope to the following address: Why Not! 24 Berwick St. London W15 8RD.
• No purchase necessary but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local call charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access. Cool Earth shall have the right to disqualify an entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Cool Earth retains the right to cancel or withdraw the contest at any time
• By entering the contest the entrant acknowledges his/her consent to take part in publicity.
• The winners will be notified by e-mail within fourteen days from the draw date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date as specified at entry.
• The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize - Cool Earth accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize. Cool Earth further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition. Nothing shall exclude the liability of Cool Earth for death or personal injury as a result of either party's negligence.
