Tom & Joeri are taking part in the Rikshaw Run from Cochin in the south of India to Jaisalmer in the North. All in one tiny tuk-tuk over the course of two-weeks. Will we argue? Probably. Will there be a hunger-induced tantrum? Probably. Will one or both of us get dysentery? Almost certainly. One thing we can guarantee is that your donations will go towards cool earth and protect indigenous people and the forests they call home in South America.

In our daily lives when not driving rickshaws, we work in the tropical forests of the Congo Basin on wildlife conservation. With a passion for tropical forests, what better way for us to spend our holiday risking our lives in Indian traffic to raise a bit of money for forest conservation, will you support our efforts with a couple of bucks?

The race is linked to the NGO Coolearth that aims to conserve the Amazon rainforest by supporting the Ashaninka Indians in Peru to protect their lands. So if you have a couple of bucks to spare, we and the Amazon rainforest would very much appreciate any donation you can make!

As a bonus, we will stick your photo on our tuk-tuk for any donation above 10 euros!! (if you email it to us before the race).
