Cool Earth is participating in the Inter-Agency Scheme for the Disclosure of Safeguarding-related Misconduct in Recruitment Process within the Humanitarian and Development Sector. The core of the scheme is that participating organisations will share information in the recruitment process about safeguarding-related misconduct (i.e. sexual exploitation, sexual abuse or sexual harassment) that a candidate has been found to have committed. As part of this application you will be asked to write a supporting statement of 1000 words. This should describe your suitability for the role, demonstrating how closely you match the person specification. You might find it easier to write this in a word processing programme and paste it in when you get to that question.
