Rainforests are our planet’s best defense against the climate crisis. Yet, they’re disappearing at an alarming rate. Every minute, we lose rainforest the size of 10 football fields, taking with it our best shot at keeping Earth habitable. There is no “business as usual” on a planet without rainforests.

Magda heads up the Partnerships Team at Cool Earth. She steers the long-term strategic partnerships, guiding collaborations with national brands, as well as innovative start-ups and B Corps. With a commercial background and a passion for social justice, Magda champions inclusivity and climate action in every partnership, ensuring business can truly be a force for good.

Rebecca Leach

Partnerships Manager, New Business

Rebecca has a First-Class BSc in Business and Management from the University of York, with experience across health and fitness, hospitality marketing, and gaming. She brings that breadth, along with specialist skills in consumer research, digital engagement, and branding, to build partnerships between businesses and Cool Earth.

Rebecca has a strong interest in greenwashing and ethical consumerism, and is passionate about helping brands communicate their sustainability honestly. She's excited to bring bold, honest, and future-focused thinking to how businesses protect rainforest and drive impact.
