Work with Cool Earth

THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED AND WE ARE NO Longer accepting applications for these two positions.

Cool Earth is currently looking for a Project Co-ordinator and an Administration Assistant. More information about both positions is below.

The application deadline for both positions is midday on Wednesday 28th October 2015. Applications received after this time will not be considered.

Project Co-ordinator

Everything we do starts with our rainforest partners and you will sit in the heart of our rainforest projects team working alongside its manager and researcher. Your enthusiasm and hunger for knowledge will mean that in no time you’ll be an expert on all things Cool Earth and what we do to save rainforest and strengthen village life in Peru, the DR Congo and Papua New Guinea.

Making sure our community grants are spent fairly and effectively is a keystone in our work. You will be working to monitor, support and help manage our existing projects and helping develop new projects as Cool Earth expands. From helping make sure baseline surveys are conducted to assessing the impact of our work on everything from infant mortality to canopy quality, you’ll be a key part of each and every project.

You’ll also help make sure that every single one of our supporters knows what they are making possible by working with our communications team. The amount of information that our projects generate is immense and ensuring it is handed over to our Comms and Fundraising teams to work their magic is essential. This means you’ll have great communication and report writing skills, work collaboratively at all times, and delight in helping turn a fragment of news into a fundraising campaign.

We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, extremely well organised and driven individual to whip our office into shape.

You’ll have a proven record of multi-tasking and using your initiative to solve issues. You’ll take pride in providing top class customer service and will have a passion for completing assignments in a smart and effective manner.

You’ll support the whole team so we build more partnerships and save more rainforest.

You’ll be the first point of contact for the company so your communication skills on the phone, in person, and on email will be terrific. You will make sure the office runs like clockwork, and help keep track of our financial records.
